My girlfriend and I - couple Americans on a weekend adventure - were out riding west side lake Cowichan when she got a flat through her inner tube.
Doug and Neil were able to get us in at a mornings notice, and back on the road that evening at an affordable price. The Canadian hospitality is severely underrated here. Even let us borrow the shop truck to go get lunch and tour around Ladysmith. Cannot be thankful enough for Mile Zero.
I've worked in the industry and have high standards. Dealing with Mile Zero was an absolute pleasure. Everybody is friendly and they have some very knowledgeable staff. I can see why they have so many great ratings.
Had some brake service done today on my Royal Enfield Himalayan..excellent customer service by Neil Sjoberg and the Service Department. Neil is knowledgeable, professional and very personable. Everyone in the store and shop is very friendly and helpful. I am delighted that MIle Zero is now a Royal Enfield dealer convenient to Duncan and the Cowichan Valley here on Vancouver Island.
Staff seem nice at first. Once your bike fixed then a totally different story. Asked beforehand if I brought in parts. will they used them on my bike instead of ordering them. As I already have the parts. They said yes not a problem. Then once they got part then i left. they changed their mind.
Was over charged for what need to be fix. Then once got bike back. Found they have marked and stretched front fender..then when I brought it to their attention. Called few times then sent pictures of the starches. They brushed it off and haven't got back to me.
Beware when going there.
Im a brand new rider, with a new to me, used, bike. I brought my bike in to have it inspected to make sure everything was good on the bike. I was told it was in great shape and no service recommendations. After a few months I took my bike to a different shop to have the oil changed. I did not pay for an inspection but the mechanic did a better job looking over my bike because he immediately noticed my tires were expired, cracking and totally unsafe to ride. These are things I need to learn, but that was why I brought my bike to professionals in the first place, I didnt know better. Waste of money for false piece of mind.
Breaking down on a trip and needing to wait for parts is not what you want to happen but when it happened to me I at least had the good fortune to pick Mile Zero Motorsports to get my bike repaired. They promptly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, stator, and installed it as soon as it arrived. Very friendly people that went above and beyond to make my stay in the Ladysmith area as enjoyable as possible. Hats off to Doug and his staff
